Ageing Potion (All Years)

"Welcome all Students to Your Next Potions Class, which will be on Ageing Potion!.This potion, as the name suggests ages a Person, so before we go on to making the potion, who can answer me why question

"Does The ageing Potion age mind or body?"

Jeremy runs into the class room. "Sorry I'm late Professor I just got to this school today and I saw this class was open and to answer your question professor it is unclear wheter it ages the mind or the body." said Jeremy as he sat down at a empty table.

"Well Jeremy, My Question is, what do you think? Mind or Body?

James runs into the dungeons and sits down at a table next to Jeremy. "Sorry Professor What was the question." said James.

I saw James running, and I said " James, why were you late?" and then answered his question "My Question is Does 'The ageing Potion age mind or body?'"

"Sorry Sir I over slept and I think that a Aging Potion ages only the body and not the mind" said James.

Sorry I'm late professor, but I was not feeling well. I did hear your question though and I will have to say it has to do with body and not the mind.

-raises hand-

"Professor, I've been here at my desk the whole time and i think it ages only the body."

I waited Lilly and everyone to stop with their answers so that I could continue , and I stand up,
G'day Professor , As we know , Ageing Potion is a potion which causes the drinker to become older.However, the more potion is drank, the larger the aging occurs. The effects of this potion are most likely to be temporary & the person who drank the potion is supposed to have a unclear mind , thus we can say a ageing potion Only ages the Body.
and saying that , I stop , and sit back on my seat.

"Well, Everyone, Why do you think it ages the Body and not the mind?"

I ran into class,red in the face. "sorry I'm late professor stayed up studying!" I said sitting down. I took out my book and opened up the ageing potions page. I noticed Fred's explination. "Ah yes Fred as it only Does expand the age of the drinker the mind usually stays the age of your consios thus as fred had said only age the body." I sat down

"Why do you think so, Stacey? Do you have any solid evidences to back your claim, or just what you think so?"

"I'd thought you'd say that professor, Well its simple logic that also has to do with the Love potion as it won't really make soebody change thier emotions for the user."I smiled to my professor. "A potion can't actually change someone, it only has the effect of what it needs to do! Thus the Ageing potion will only make you look older you won't feel or think or even act older." I explained this very profesionally because I know my potions

I waited for Stacey to stop , and stood up , and said "The Polyjuice Potion is another example to say that the aging potion is something similar to the Polyjuice Potion , as we know that the polyjuice potion changes a person's exterior , but not the interior , same is with the aging potion , it ages the exterior , but not the interior , thus , the point proves it?"

I smiled to Fred and thanked him for some back up. "You see professor there are potions that age the body cause you to become someone else but the smae thing happends the mind stays the same," I say. "And there you have it the explination on why the ageing potion ages the body but not the mind," I sit myself down proud

"Umm , but that was to prove my point that why do I believe that aging potion only ages the exterior , not interior" , I said politely

"Well As I was adding to your point also bringing my point on how many potions to the same but in different ways," I say politley

While sitting unconsciously, I heard the voices of Fred and Stacey. In response, I take a look to Prof Snapes.

Krum: I think its the body that changes not the mind. As I know it was the potion used by the Weaseley when they want to join the Triwizard Tournament! They took a potoin to adjust their ages just for a few months only. But they could not trick the Line Age.

I think to myself!

I quietly listened to the discussion,,,
i raised my hand and give my answer,,
well sir,Ageing potion,makes the person drink it to grow older,the more one drink,the more it ages.,the effect is temporary,,
it is still unclear if it changes also the state of mind of the user or just the physical only.
An example is when S.Fawcett & Summer tried to it to be eligible for the tournament,,but end liked Fred and George....

Alex opened the huge door slowly, listening to it creak. The hairs on her back rose slightly but she quickly brushed away her golden hair with her left hand as if nothing had happened. To her, brushing away her hair distracted her mind and allowed her to focus on other and more important things. Stepping through into the dark room and closing the door behind her with a creak, she took her seat. She carefully brought out her Ash with Phoenix Feather wand and placed it on her desk, awaiting further instruction. She was certain the teacher would already know why she had arrived halfway through the lesson. After all, she was a new student.

I mus agree, with all of you, The Aging potion only ages the body and not the mind, the greatest proof being The potion used to trick, The Then Head Master, Albus Dumbledore's Ageing Line

"Now, as you know, the ingredients of the aging potion are never revealed to anyone, nor does anyone other than Potion masters do them, this is because people really fail to use it, instead they abuse it much" said Professor Snape who then walked around the class and then continued "Your assignment would be to guess the ingredients of the Potions, remember be creative"

"And Now points for this session are" said Professor Snape, who then flicked his wands and the following words appeared on the black board

Stacey nightshade - 30 Points
Fred - 20 Points
Avveira - 30 Points

"Guessing ingredients of the potion of aging, hmmm...." Alex muttered to herself, grabbing her quill and noting down this assignment. She folded up the paper she had written on and placed it into her robes pocket. She waited to see what would happen next in the classroom. Presumably the class was over though, so she prepared to stand up.
She however hesitated, to find out where everyone else would go.

Lilly took out her quill and parchment and started writing what she thought might be ingerdients in Ageing Potions:

Alex quickly glanced at Lily Evan's list, thinking to herself.
"Actually, wouldn't an aging potion contain..." She whispered, picking up a quill and paper, scribbling a rough copy of a list upon it.

Firedrake flames
Wolfsbane hair
Golden claws

Then Alex remembered that the number of ingredients was never actually stated so she wrote down some more.

Fang of the tasteless
Juice of the salamander
Lip of the giant

"I wonder if that's enough..." Alex thought to herself.
