Do you think its okay to steal food or toilet paper or medicine or whatever your family needs if you have no money?

Well , Begging or stealing , they're both bad ,
The person can surely get some sort of job , and eat the stuff , with happiness , not with disgrace and fear.

Well, it depends on the situation. If you had no job and you needed to do whatever possible to take care of your family the person would probably need to steal. If you chose to have no job because you are lazy and have no money coming in and you steal to get the stuff you need, get your [Censored] off of the couch!

But if you truly can't get a job and you need these things there are other ways to do it. My uncle does tattoos and he doesn't have anything. (Literally) All his money goes to his family (he has seven kids) because he thinks family is what matters most.

If you couldn't get out and go do these things (like you were disabled or something) then stealing might be the only option.

(Off topic: Nice sig, Fred!)
