Some week later, I read the whole deathly Hallows Again and in there I was wondering one particular fact!

How did Severus Snape, then Head Master of Hogwarts know where Harry and the Wizarding trio was, to give them the sword?

You know.... It has been a year since i read that book and i have been wondering the same thing...;

Obviously I would consider it a Flaw in the story!

humm i read the boos alot of times so this is the thing that i think happend

dumbledore told snape to take the real sword and keep it
then dumbledore made a copy and put it were the real sword was
then when snape was talking to the portrait of dumbledore phineuse nigelas came fromt he inside of hermionie's bag that hermionie had took from grimwud pllace and told them thathe heard hermionie or ron say that they were in the forest of dean was it?
and immidientl dumbedore told snape to go to the forest and plant it but not to be seen
