Wand movement: Counter clockwise rotation pointing opponent or obstcle

Effect: Creates a wind. This spell can be used to generate winds of different varities and intensities- from a gentle breeze to a violent whirlwind. Also this spell can be combined with some other spells( of which currently I have no idea) to create thunderstorms or even tornados. But these are advanced magic and are beyond the scope of hogwarts students.

Inspiration: The wind was one of the things that I liked the most. In beautiful evenings, I used to stand, feeling the wind and forgetting myself. I have also seen the ferocious face of wind. It always amazed me and the need to create a spell to summon the wind has always been in my dreams.

Is it Truly beyond the scope of Hogwarts students? Though I must remind its no beyond the scope of professors, So I say,

Sir, Fujitsa is not beyond the scope of Hogwarts students. The combination spells creating thunderstorms and tornadoes can't be performed by Hogwarts students. That's what I said.

wait... if its beyond studants does that mean its complicated? or does it mean we cant use it? if it is hard.... and we are allowed to use it i wanna learn it!

U can use Fujitsa basic. But not the combination techniques

hummm nice 1 a spell to create wiind (wat i wudnt give for tat right now im burning my skin off XD) well i wud really love to learn a spell like that lolz
