The Deluminator is a device Known as The Put Out Device is used By albus Dumbledore to put lights from the near by source and provide secrecy to the Witch Or Wizard that uses The Device.The Original Creator of The Device is Albus Dumbledore, who upon death, gave it to Ron Weasley because he thought he needed little guidance more than Harry Potter, Or Hermoine Granger.

IT Was shortly to this Incident That Ron Disocvere, that it can be also used as a homing device and it can transport us through apparition to the vicinity of the wizard or the witch which desired Him.

The Origin of the device is still a mystery but it continues to be referred in many texts as it was first created in 1981 or older.Albus Dumbledore, to this day, remains the only wizard that has the full knowledge of The working Of The Device.
